Join chef Justin Chapple and Le Creuset’s Nate Collier for a festive virtual cooking demo in honor of Jacques Pépin’s 90th birthday! In partnership with the Jacques Pépin Foundation, Justin and Nate will reimagine one of Jacques’ classic fall recipes—adding a fresh twist while celebrating the culinary legend’s timeless influence. Expect plenty of cooking tips, delicious recipe ideas, and casually colorful inspiration! Whether you join to celebrate Jacques, discover a new favorite dish, or simply enjoy the fun, this is a feel-good virtual event you won’t want to miss. There will be surprises and a chance to support the incredible work of the JPF!

  • There is no charge to attend this complimentary virtual event.  Tune in to learn and cook!
  • It will begin at 6:00 PM ET and last approximately 30 minutes.
  • The surprises will be announced during the virtual event.

Justin Chapple is the Culinary Director-at-Large of FOOD & WINE. As host of F&W’s video series, Mad Genius Tips, he was nominated twice for a James Beard Award. Justin is the author of Just Cook It! and Mad Genius Tips.

He’s been featured in Food & Wine, People, O, The Oprah Magazine, Rachel Ray In Season, and Real Simple magazines. He has appeared on NBC’s TODAY, Good Morning America, Live with Kelly & Ryan, and Food Network’s The Kitchen, among others. He’s a graduate of the French Culinary Institute, where Jacques Pépin was Dean of Special Programs.
