Massara is dedicated to the regional cuisine of Campania, inspired by Chef Stefano Secchi’s childhood memories of Southern Italy and the region’s farms and fisheries, with cooking from both a wood-burning oven and grill.
Join us for a legendary 90/90 dinner at Massara hosted by Chef Secchi of Massara and Rezdôra and Chef Wylie Dufresne of Stretch Pizza, with guest of honor Jacques Pépin in attendance! To gear up for the 90/90 Dinner Series starting in the fall, Massara on Park has pledged a portion of proceeds from that night to the Jacques Pépin Foundation. This promises to be an unforgettable night, and we hope you’ll join us.

Event Hosts
Wylie Dufresne
Chef and co-owner, Stretch Pizza
Wylie Dufresne is the award-winning chef and co-owner of Stretch Pizza in New York. He was born in Rhode Island in 1970, before moving to New York later in his childhood. He trained at the Culinary Institute of America and started working with chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten in 1994, as chef de cuisine at Jean-Georges.
In 1999 he became the chef at 71 Clinton Fresh Food, and in 2003 opened his iconic restaurant WD-50, where he explored the possibilities of molecular gastronomy in his cooking, reaching global acclaim, and earning him a James Beard Award and a Michelin Star. In 2023, he opened the first location of Stretch Pizza, with two more locations opening in the summer of 2025. At Stretch, Dufresne pays respect to the classic New York slice, and his efforts have earned Stretch a spot on the coveted 50 Top Pizzas list.
Stefano Secchi
Chef and partner, Rezdôra and Massara
Stefano Secchi is the chef and partner of Michelin-starred Rezdôra and the newly opened Massara in NYC’s Flatiron neighborhood. Raised in a Sardinian home, Stefano trained in Italy under renowned chefs including Massimo Bottura at Osteria Francescana, Nonna Laura Morandi at Hosteria Giusti, and Davide Palluda at All’Enoteca.
Since Rezdôra’s 2019 debut, it has earned four consecutive Michelin stars, a three-star New York Times review, and recognition as the #5 Italian restaurant in the world by Top 50 Italy. In 2024, he launched Massara, spotlighting the cuisine of southern Italy’s Campania region.
Stefano is committed to supporting the New York food community through organizations like No Kid Hungry and City Harvest. He was featured in MasterClass’ G.O.A.T series, showcasing his signature Doppio Tortello and his expertise in Italian culinary traditions.
