At all three of her Portland, Oregon restaurants — the flagship Nostrana, urban pizza and cocktail spot Oven & Shaker, and her modern wine bar Enoteca Nostrana — Whims’ elemental regional Italian cooking has earned her six nomination for James Beard Best Chef Northwest.
