Celebrate chef Jacques Pépin’s 90th birthday and support the Jacques Pépin Foundation, funding free culinary and life skills training for individuals facing employment barriers. The 3-hour cocktail-style event features tasting stations from 8–10 chefs, with additional food and beverage purveyors. VIP guests enjoy early access, chef meet-and-greets, demos, premium gifts, champagne, and a caviar bite.
Join us for the final event in a special series hosted by Chefs & Table celebrating Jacques Pépin. While the first two events — Classic French: Recipes from The Art of Cooking and Recipes from Julia and Jacques — were hands-on cooking classes, this final gathering is a festive, multi-course chef collaboration dinner led by Chef Vitaly Paley. Whether you love to cook or simply enjoy great food, these experiences bring the flavors of France and the spirit of Jacques Pépin to life.
Massara is dedicated to the regional cuisine of Campania. The menu is inspired by Chef Stefano Secchi’s childhood memories of visiting Southern Italy and the region’s rich abundance of farms and fisheries, all centered around cooking from both a wood-burning oven and grill. For this very special 90/90 event, Chef Secchi and Chef Wylie Dufresne (Stretch, wd~50) will collaborate in honor of Jacques' 90th Birthday.
Comeback Kitchen is the social enterprise arm of Food Jobs Work, a nonprofit dedicated to eliminating poverty through culinary workforce development. It serves as a food production enterprise for program graduates, offering catering services and retail products. Proceeds from Comeback Kitchen directly support Food Jobs Work's culinary training programs, providing opportunities for individuals to gain practical experience and support their transition into the culinary industry.
Dalida celebrates the hospitality, culture, and flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean. Menus are flexible, plant-forward, and designed to be shared. The team sources locally, reduces waste through full ingredient use, and collaborates with artists. Influenced by Istanbul’s diverse legacy, Dalida tells a story of connection—Turkish, Greek, Armenian, Jewish, Arabic, and Persian—rooted in San Francisco’s welcoming spirit. For this special 90/90 event, Dalida will offer a selection of Jacques Pépin's recipes prepared with an Eastern Mediterranean pantry.

The Josephine is a newly-renovated iconic 90-year-old church–all in the former Our Lady of Lourdes church which had been shuttered since Hurricane Katrina. The evening starts with cocktails crafted by CURE. Chefs Dickie Brennan and Susan Spicer will serve a four-course seated meal inspired by a dinner they co-hosted in 1993 in Napa with fellow NOLA Chef Frank Brigsten. Chef Michel Nischan will join the festivities as a guest chef for this very special NOLA celebration.
