It all started with Bananas Foster. This dessert, introduced by my uncle when I was about 9, was what first sparked my curiosity for baking. I became known as the “cake lady” to family and friends, home baking delicious treats for special occasions. In 2013, I enrolled myself into the culinary program at Santa Rosa Junior College and fully immersed myself in the food industry.

From being an event chef, to working in production baking kitchens, I found my creative calling at Butter& as their Production Manager and Head Designer, where I get to showcase the modern cake designs Butter& has to offer.
