Justin Chapple

Justin Chapple is the Culinary Director-at-Large of FOOD & WINE. As host of F&W’s video series, Mad Genius Tips, he was nominated twice for a James Beard Award. Justin is the author of Just Cook It! and Mad Genius Tips.

He’s been featured in Food & Wine, People, O, The Oprah Magazine, Rachel Ray In Season, and Real Simple magazines. He has appeared on NBC’s TODAY, Good Morning America, Live with Kelly & Ryan, and Food Network’s The Kitchen, among others. He’s a graduate of the French Culinary Institute, where Jacques Pépin was Dean of Special Programs.
