Charleston Wine + Food infuses homegrown flavor with top chefs, winemakers, authors, storytellers, artisans, experts, and food enthusiasts from around the globe. This special dinner will showcase the vast impact of Jacques and celebrate his legacy through the food and stories of a stellar lineup of five chefs including James Beard Award winning Chef Mike Lata of FIG and The Ordinary, Chef Michelle Weaver of the Charleston Grill, Chef de Cuisine Aretah Ettarh of Gramercy Tavern, and Chef Lee Anne Wong of Koko Head Café in Hawaii.

L’Avant-Garde

L’Avant-Garde, an elegant French restaurant in the heart of Georgetown, where a sultry, high-energy atmosphere combines sophisticated and fanciful cuisine, classic cocktails, and an extensive wine list. This special 90/90 event will feature a seated 5-course dinner by Chef Sébastien Giannini revisiting French classic dishes inspired by Jacques Pépin.

Milwaukee's top chefs will gather for one night at the historic Pfister Hotel's Grand Ballroom to honor Jacques Pepin, raise funds to benefit his foundation and celebrate his 90th Birthday. Each Chef will serve one great item from a table in this gourmet walk-around. There will also be a special Silent Auction. Jacques will join us via video for a special toast.

For this special 90/90 event, Chef Shaya celebrates Jacques Pépin's 90th birthday with an exquisite five-course dinner featuring specialty dishes like Fromage Forte on Melba Toast, Crab Gratin, Filet and Short Rib en Crépinette, Parisian Gnocchi, Crêpe Suzette with Creole cream cheese ice cream and more.

Culinary Hub of Providence/Genesis Center

Celebrate culinary excellence at the Culinary Hub of Providence with a special dinner benefiting the Jacques Pépin Foundation and Genesis Center. Hosted by Chef Joshua Riazi, the evening begins with a cocktail hour featuring petit fours crafted by Chef Beau Vestal of New Rivers, and Jaques favorite — bourbon — cocktails created by CHOP beverage director Sophie Syzch, followed by a globally inspired four-course dinner. CHOP chefs Joshua Davis and Matthew Weston, in collaboration with talented culinary students from the Genesis Center, will present a multi-course menu highlighting coastal New England ingredients reimagined through Rhode Island’s rich global influences.
