Chauhan Ale & Masala House

Chauhan Ale & Masala House is devoted to creating a unique dining experience in Nashville, Tennessee's bustling food scene. Co-owner and Executive Chef Maneet Chauhan's Indian roots, zest for travel and affection for Southern cuisine have beautifully collided to offer a menu featuring globally influenced Indian cuisine that highlights aspects of the culinary scene not only in Mumbai or New Delhi, but Nashville as well. For this 90/90 event, Chef Chauhan will be collaborating with Chef Brian Riggenbach from The Mockingbird to offer a ticketed multi-course brunch in honor of Jacques Pépin.

Chef Norman Van Aken, the award-winning Florida chef, will be your host at his Orlando restaurant, NORMAN’S. Guests will be welcomed by a cocktail reception with passed hors d’oeuvres. This 90/90 event will feature a group of talented Orlando chefs, each creating and presenting a selection from our 5-course menu.

Sereia

Miami, FL

Sereia is a modern Portuguese restaurant by Chef Henrique Sa Pessoa of 2-Michelin starred Alma in Lisbon, with Miami native Chef Miguel Massens (Daniel, French Laundry, Norman Van Aken) at the helm. Chef Henrique, who began his culinary career in America, is well known in Portugal for his nearly 20 years of cooking shows on television (much like Chef Jacques!). This 90/90 event, curated by Chef Norman Van Aken in partnership with Sereia, will offer a 6-course menu crafted by Miami’s top chefs, a cocktail reception and wine pairings.

Charleston Wine + Food infuses homegrown flavor with top chefs, winemakers, authors, storytellers, artisans, experts, and food enthusiasts from around the globe for a five-day event that spans the first full weekend each March. Charleston Wine + Food aims to create purpose-driven programs that build a sustainable, vibrant, and connected food and beverage community in Charleston — and they will be hosting a special 90/90 celebration! Mason Street Grill

Milwaukee, WI

Milwaukee's top chefs will gather for one night at the historic Pfister Hotel's Grand Ballroom to honor Jacques Pepin, raise funds to benefit his foundation and celebrate his 90th Birthday. Each Chef will serve one great item from a table in this gourmet walk-around. There will also be a special Silent Auction. Jacques will join us via video for a special toast.

In 2021, The New York Times included Chai Pani in their list of America’s Favorite Restaurants. And in 2022, Chai Pani Asheville was named Outstanding Restaurant by the James Beard Foundation.

Miss River, is Alon Shaya's “love letter to Louisiana,” based on his vast experience of the local culture and cuisine in his nearly 20 years as a resident. As the signature lobby-level restaurant of our Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans, this ingredient-driven restaurant pays tribute to New Orleans grand dining, showcasing Shaya’s spirited take on beloved local dishes, while providing surprise and fun to the dining experience.

Giusto

Newport, RI

Giusto is the first independent restaurant concept from Rhode Island native Chef Kevin O’Donnell and pays homage to Italian cuisine while drawing outside of the lines. Inspired by the simplicity of traditional Italian cooking as well as its focus on quality ingredients, Chef O’Donnell melds the two with his affection for his home state’s wide array of farms, fisheries, and other producers. For this 90/90 dinner, Giusto will showcase Rhode Island's diverse culinary talent by hosting several area chefs for a collaborative dinner featuring cuisine inspired by Chef Jacques.

Asador Bastian

Chicago, IL

Asador Bastian is a Chicago chophouse with Basque influences from acclaimed Chef Doug Psaltis. Located in the iconic "Flair House" originally built in 1883, this historic townhouse has been revived and brought back to life with culinary inspiration from the great asadors of San Sebastián, Spain. For this special event, acclaimed chefs Doug Psaltis, Christian Eckmann and Hsing Chen will create special Jacques-inspired dishes in addition to their incredible à la carte menu.

Join the Catalyst Kitchens network, their members and their supporters for a special 90/90 event and celebration of partnership. This event will be a combination of a Catalyst Kitchens Pop-up Gala and a Community Kitchen Pittsburgh Guest Chef Night. This event will help Catalyst Kitchens network to raise money and sustain the efforts of teaching kitchens across the country.

Cyrus

Geyserville, CA

Set among the vines of Sonoma County, Douglas Keane has created an experience that takes guests on a culinary exploration and welcomes them behind the scenes of a Michelin restaurant. Guests will be greeted with Champagne into the aptly name Bubbles Lounge. Following this they will be invited to spend time with the chefs in the kitchen, savoring bites throughout. The next stop on the Journey is the glass walled Dining Room with its expansive Alexander Valley views. A fond farewell brings guests through a mysterious Chocolate Room for one final treat.
