Makes 1 cocktail

Recipe

  • 1 ounce H by HINE VSOP Cognac
  • ½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • 3 ounces Champagne
  • Lemon twist

Fill a shaker with ice. Add H by HINE VSOP, lemon juice and simple syrup to the shaker and shake. Strain into a Champagne flute or coupe, and top with the Champagne. Garnish with the lemon twist.
