Ramon Perez
Ramon Perez, born to chef-restaurateur parents, began his culinary journey at Napa’s Auberge du Soleil at just nine years old. After honing his craft in his family’s restaurant, he pursued formal training at the New England Culinary Institute and went on to work at acclaimed restaurants including Sona in Los Angeles and Michelin-starred kitchens in Europe.
Named a James Beard Award semifinalist and winner of the StarChefs International Pastry Competition, Perez later founded PUUR Chocolat, earning recognition as one of North America’s Top 10 Chocolatiers.
