Cyrus invites you to participate in an unprecedented approach to fine dining. Join Jacques as he experiences Michelin-starred chef Douglas Keane’s unique exploration into dining as a journey. You’ll be greeted in the Bubbles Lounge with a glass of Champagne as you proceed to the Kitchen Table to be greeted by Jacques and Douglas.

Engage with Jacques and the chefs as you sip wine, enjoy small plates, observe the courses being prepared and witness the spectacle of a bustling kitchen. The journey continues in the dining room with a succession of beautifully plated courses culminating with the final stop at the mysterious Chocolate Room for a parting gift of house-made chocolates.

Highlights

  • An original signed and dated acrylic painting on canvas, Edge of Wood by Jacques Pépin will be displayed at Cyrus and auctioned during the evening.
  • Each guest will receive a copy of the evening’s menu, illustrated and signed by Jacques, a signed copy of The Art of Jacques Pépin, and a signed copy of Culinary Leverage by Douglas Keane.

Douglas Keane is the talented chef and co-owner of the renowned Michelin-starred restaurant Cyrus. His remarkable culinary journey began with his Michigan roots where, as a boy, Chef Keane found himself drawn to the kitchen, assisting his mother and discovering his passion for cooking.

Throughout his career, Chef Douglas Keane has been recognized and celebrated for his culinary excellence. His accolades include two Michelin stars, four stars from the San Francisco Chronicle, a James Beard Award for Best Chef Pacific, and being listed in Gourmet Magazine’s Top 50 Restaurants in America, among many others.
