Asador Bastian is a Chicago chophouse with Basque influences from acclaimed Chef Doug Psaltis. Located in the iconic “Flair House” originally built in 1883, this historic townhouse has been revived and brought back to life with culinary inspiration from the great asadors of San Sebastián, Spain. For this special event, acclaimed chefs Doug Psaltis, Christian Eckmann and Hsing Chen will create a 5-course Jacques-inspired menu at the communal Chef’s Table, with two seating times available at 5:00 pm or 8:15 pm.

- Specials inspired by Jacques and brought to life with Spanish influences, including pristine seafood, Txuleton beef sourced from small farms
- From soufflé to Crepes Suzette, this five-course menu will be served at the communal Chef’s Table
