Giusto

Giusto is the first independent restaurant concept from Rhode Island native Chef Kevin O’Donnell and pays homage to Italian cuisine while drawing outside of the lines. Inspired by the simplicity of traditional Italian cooking as well as its focus on quality ingredients, Chef O’Donnell melds the two with his affection for his home state’s wide array of farms, fisheries, and other producers. For this 90/90 dinner, Giusto will showcase Rhode Island’s diverse culinary talent by hosting several area chefs for a collaborative dinner featuring cuisine inspired by Chef Jacques.
