
Martine Holzman
Martine Holzman founded, and has owned Martine’s Pastries with her husband Jim in Lexington, KY since 1999. During that time the business has evolved and expanded from its start as a wedding cake and pastry shop into the downtown Lexington bakery, café, and cake shop of today.
Her work and commitment to the community is renowned throughout Lexington, the Bluegrass, Kentucky and beyond. Over the years she has earned much local, national, and international online, print and televised media attention such as being featured in the Cake Walk in New York City and various magazines including Martha Stewart Weddings, Bride’s Magazine, and Kentucky Bride Magazine to name a few.
